I sent my Dexis x-ray sensor to Imagin after the Dexis reps told me they could not fix the issue. Dexis did not try to offer alternatives, and only quoted me $8k for a new sensor. I tried out Imagin and they repaired it and got it back to full working condition with no issues for a fraction of the cost. I'll gladly use them again in the future. Imagin Systems was recommended to me by my IT consultant and they did not disappoint! I needed a repair of my Carestream X-ray Digital Sensors. They were able to repair one sensor and the second was returned and did not work, but they immediately provided me with options including credit towards a new sensor or a full refund.
